Summary
IBM asked us to present its technology partners at its Experience Centre in Bangalore. We designed and installed a two-fan holographic wall that shows IBM’s key partner logos in 3D, appearing to float in mid-air.
The wall has become a centrepiece of the Experience Centre and a talking point for the clients, partners and stakeholders who visit.

The brief: partner logos that do more than sit on a screen
IBM wanted to move beyond static displays and ordinary digital screens. The partner logos needed to look innovative and fit IBM’s identity as a global technology company.
The installation also had to blend in with the existing interiors, lighting and feel of the Experience Centre.

What we built
A two-fan holographic wall. It uses persistence-of-vision (POV) LED fans: blades spin at high speed and display high-resolution content that seems to hover in the air, with no screen or glass.
- Two holographic fans side by side on a dedicated wall, giving one wide display area for the partner logos
- IBM’s key partner logos rendered in 3D
- A wall mount and surrounding structure custom-fabricated to match the room
- No bulky hardware or visible wiring, so the set-up suits the existing décor, lighting and theme

How it works day to day
The wall runs as a permanent feature of the Experience Centre. Visitors walking through see IBM’s partners presented as floating 3D logos, and the content is managed from a touchscreen.

Results
- The holographic wall is now a centrepiece of the IBM Experience Centre.
- It draws attention and starts conversations with visiting clients, partners and stakeholders.
- IBM’s partners get a premium, memorable showcase.
Frequently asked questions
How does a holographic fan work?
It uses persistence-of-vision LED blades that spin at high speed. The eye blends the light into an image that seems to float in the air, with no screen or glass.
Can a holographic wall match our interiors?
Yes. For IBM we custom-fabricated the wall mount and surrounding structure to suit the room, with no visible wiring.
Can we install one in our own experience centre or lobby?
Yes. Talk to our team about the space and the content you want to show.

About the solution
Holographic displays and HoloCube
Holographic displays show a 3D product floating in mid-air. HoloCube is a cube-shaped display that lets visitors walk around your product and see it from every side. Both work well when booth space is small and the product is too big or too valuable to bring.
- 360-degree product view as a floating 3D hologram
- HoloFan holographic walls for larger booths and lobbies
- Can be combined with touch screens and games
