An L-shape anamorphic 3D display for Gulf Oil at EXCON 2025

Summary
- Client: Gulf Oil Lubricants India
- Event: EXCON 2025, BIEC Bengaluru, 9–13 December 2025
- What we built: an L-shape anamorphic 3D display with custom content
EXCON is South Asia’s largest construction equipment exhibition. Our display told the story of Gulf Oil’s work on India’s landmark infrastructure projects, its product range and its R&D, and became a standout attraction at the show.
The brief: stand out on a crowded show floor
Gulf Oil wanted its booth to tell a clear story about innovation, infrastructure and readiness for the future, in front of key industry decision-makers. In a crowded hall, it needed a focal point that would stop visitors and draw them in to the brand.

What we built
An L-shape anamorphic installation: perspective-driven 3D content on two LED walls meeting at a corner, which creates a larger-than-life 3D effect as visitors approach. The content covered three themes.
Infrastructure that defines India
Atal Setu, the Chenab Railway Bridge and the Ganga Expressway, mega-projects that run on Gulf Oil lubricants, shown in 3D.
Automotive and industrial products
Gulf Ultrasynth X, Gulf CNG and the Gulf Diesel Electric range: the product portfolio for construction, mining and heavy machinery.
Research and development
A look inside Gulf Oil’s R&D centre in Chennai, where its next-generation lubricant technology is developed.
How it worked on the day
Throughout the five days of EXCON 2025, the display gave the booth a clear focal point. As visitors approached, the 3D illusion came to life and pulled them in towards Gulf Oil’s story.
Results
- The display became a standout attraction at EXCON 2025.
- It drew heavy footfall to the booth and was widely shared on social media.
- It presented Gulf Oil as an innovation-driven brand to key industry decision-makers.
